Gold rates in Pakistan experienced a decline on Saturday, following a previous day’s increase. The price of 24-karat gold dropped to Rs244,400 per tola, down Rs600 from the previous day.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs514 to Rs209,534. However, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold rose to Rs192,072.

These fluctuations are tied to changes in the value of the US dollar, highlighting the strong connection between currency values and gold prices. This demonstrates how global economic conditions impact local gold markets.

Meanwhile, the price of 24-karat silver remained steady at Rs 2,650. Internationally, the gold price fell by $6 to $2,337 per ounce.
